Whilst we endeavour to hold in stock all pieces featured on our website, this is not always possible. Should the item you require be unavailable, we will make every effort to source it from another store. If this is not possible we will contact you within 3 working days to discuss having the item made by Special Order.

• Special Orders for yellow and white gold take approximately 6-8 weeks for yellow and white gold items
• Special Orders for rosegold take 8-12 weeks for rose gold items.

Please note, if your order is placed on a weekend or public holiday it will be processed on the next business day.
