What is a Custom Order and how long does a Custom Order takeUpdated 9 months ago
A Custom Order is when we do not have an item in stock throughout the Secrets network or the size of the item is larger or smaller than the standard sizes we carry. On the website, an item that will be Custom Ordered has an asterisk * next to the ring size.
While we endeavour to hold in stock all pieces featured on this website, this is not always possible. Should the item you require be unavailable, we will make every effort to source it from another store. If this is not possible the item will be individually made for you by Custom Order.
- Custom Orders take approximately 5-6 weeks for white, yellow and rose gold.
- As Custom Orders are crafted by our master jewellers, we would require full payment upfront. Please also note that due to the custom nature of these orders, we do not accept cancellations for these orders.
