Most orders will be dispatched within 5-7 working days.

While we endeavour to hold stock of all pieces featured on this website, this is not always possible. Should the item you require be unavailable, we will make every effort to source it from another store.

·        If this is not possible the item will be individually made for you by Custom Order.

·        Custom Orders for Yellow, White and Rose gold take approximately 8-10 weeks.

·        A member of the online team will be in contact with you within 3 working days from when you placed your order to confirm if a Custom Order is required.
