How can I return a purchase made in-storeUpdated a year ago
- Please send your jewellery back to us in the SECRETS jewellery box provided.
- Enclose either the original or a copy of your receipt or guarantee card within 30 days of receipt of the jewellery to the store of purchase. We recommend contacting the store beforehand. For all store details please click here.
- For insurance purposes please send by express post or registered mail with a tracking number for your insurance.
- Secrets Shhh does not take any responsibility and will not be liable for any items lost or damaged whilst in the care of Australia Post or any other carrier.
- Secrets Shhh, will only provide credit or exchange to the value of the item and not for the shipping cost.
