Gold rings may be resized by our professional jewellers at our National Support Office. How much a ring can be resized is dependant on the ring type and style, as resizing too far can compromise the structural integrity of a ring. 

A ring can be taken to your closest Secrets store, or sent to our National Support Office. However, you may like to contact our Customer Service team first to ensure your ring can be safely resized to the new size you require. Please contact us here to start the conversation about resizing your ring. 

Please note, if resizing is completed by a jeweller outside of the Secrets network, it will void the Secrets Warranties and Guarantees available.
